The nerves in Sasha’s ears flinched forward. His words peaked her curiosity. "Where did you find that scroll you speak of?"
He appeared to her as if he endeavored to take a deep breath, but he did not. "I traveled extensively during my young-adulthood. During one such adventure I found myself exploring a castle in Europe. The scroll was hidden within a Gargoyle."
